How long will it take to receive my memorial item?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For personalized or custom-engraved pieces, please allow 7-10 business days for our artisans to complete your order before shipping.
What materials are used in your urns and keepsakes?
We prioritize high-quality, sustainable materials including solid hardwoods like oak and walnut, hand-blown glass, and biodegradable composites for eco-friendly burials.
Can I return a personalized item?
Due to the unique nature of custom engravings, personalized items cannot be returned. However, if there is a defect in craftsmanship or an error on our part, we will provide a replacement immediately.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and interest-free installment plans through Shop Pay.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Oaktree Memorials ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to serve more countries in the near future.
How do I know if the urn is the right size?
Our product pages include a sizing guide. As a general rule, you need 1 cubic inch of capacity for every pound of body weight. Most adult urns have a capacity of 200 cubic inches.
